Ground floor layout:

There is a wood burning stove in the living room with mezzanine.
This and all other rooms are heated by floor heating.
A large sliding door gives access to a spacious covered terrace with an electrically operated screen.
The kitchen (13m2) with all appliances, has a south-facing window and a door to the terrace.
From the hall is also the very spacious bedroom (23 m2) with a large bathroom (bath, shower, toilet and double sink (8 m2).
Then to the left is an office (8m2) with a north-facing window with a view of the parking lot where there is room for 8 cars. In the office there is also access to the indoor garage (24.6 m2).
The main house is completely on the same floor and possibly meets the requirements of a luxury senior apartment.
The first floor:
The floor of the main house is via a concrete staircase with wooden steps (silent) and illuminated steps accessible.
Here are the rooms:
* Durance, a spacious double room (14.3m2) with balcony (two doors) facing south. In the room a spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Everything is comfortably heated with underfloor heating.

This apartment has a private terrace on garden level (25m2)
** Morgon (60m2) also here via the entrance in the living area with two double doors opening onto the south facing terrace (24m2). The open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, combi oven, has everything a kitchen needs
* A hallway between kitchen and room which gives access to:
* A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
* A separate toilet.
* A bedroom (14m2) currently equipped for four people.
